Delicious, healthy, and easy-to-make chocolate and banana muffins. Perfect for a nutritious snack or a tasty breakfast!
Ingredients
• 1 whole egg
• 1 cup of rolled oats
• 1 full teaspoon of baking powder
• 1 sliced banana
• Cocoa powder or chocolate powder to taste
• 1 bowl of water
Optional
• Honey for brushing
• 1/4 teaspoon of Paneural Fluido per cake.
Method of preparation
1. In a bowl, beat the egg with a fork.
2. Add the rolled oats, baking powder, sliced banana, cocoa or chocolate powder, and water.
3. Mix everything well until you get a homogeneous batter.
4. Pour the batter into muffin cups (double cups if you have them).
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 15 to 20 minutes.
6. Optional 1: brush with honey when the muffins are ready.
7. Opcional 2: Add Paneural Fluido to create omega-3 rich super muffins
